A few things

A target is not always harder because it is bigger. Getting 80 out of 100 beats getting 60 out of 60.

Look ten years. At least five. A lifetime, if you can.

Don’t touch what you don’t understand. You can still go learn it first.

Don’t touch projects with too many parties.

Pick right first, then do it right.

We’re ordinary people. When something works, it is not talent. It is making better choices than most people, every time.

But “better” is blurry. It is not 1 and 0.

Intuition matters. If nobody believes you, and you do, and it works, you are already in the first 1%.

Intuition is the abstraction of every decision that worked or failed. It is also what an agent does not understand.
